Strategic Plan of CCBL&D

Strategic Plan of CCBL&D

Practical Vision

Our practical vision defines concretely how the CCBL&D would like to see itself at the end of 2029. By the end of 2029, CCBL&D would have built a strong niche for itself as a well-recognized and resourced institution in Ghana and beyond, and put the following in place to drive its mandate:

  • Run specialized TVET programmes
  • Improve the Centre’s recognition and mandate,
  • Increase Centre’s revenue,
  • Improve staff strength and welfare,
  • Improve capacity for staff.
  • Improve industrial collaboration.

Medium-Term Strategic Directions

In line with the strategy, our practical visions connect with each other to define the path for the strategic directions. Technically, our strategic directions are “improving the Centre’s resourcefulness” and “enhancing the Centre’s image”. In essence, our strategic plan implementation will run in these two directions, resourcing the Centre as well as branding it to achieve our strategic goals
