Vision 

Our vision is to be a world class research and education center in social science, sustainability and technology innovation. We seek to achieve our vision through research by addressing pressing local challenges with significant impact on local and global changes thereby contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. We harness interdisciplinary collaboration to promote technology innovation solutions for agriculture, climate change, business and other relevant sectors of the local and global society. Through education, we seek to promote scholarships by spearheading the provision of technically inclined education for students and educators of technical institutes, schools and colleges. We strive to make technical education the core focus in tackling poverty.
